The initiative provides resources, guidelines, and tools for implementing sustainable practices at events of all sizes. Key features include a carbon calculator for estimating event emissions, partnerships with carbon offset providers, a directory of eco-friendly vendors, and a certification program for events meeting specific sustainability criteria. Additionally, EventGo users can now filter events based on sustainability ratings and contribute to offset programs when purchasing tickets.

EventGo has partnered with leading environmental organizations to develop and validate the program's standards. The company aims to have 1,000 certified sustainable events on the platform by the end of 2024.
